Chad and the team at Midtown literally saved my family and our home. If I had only one opportunity in my life to rate a business higher than the maximum rating, this would be it, hands down. In the weeks leading up to my closing date, I was working with a well-known lender who assured me that everything was on track and that we would close on time. To make a long story short, the big lender failed us, and we missed the closing date. At that point, it seemed very unlikely that we would be able to close at all. My family and I felt defeated and had largely accepted that it just wasnt going to happen.Then, as if by a miracle, a friend suggested that we call Chad and explain our situation. Without hesitation, he tackled our problem head-on. I wont forget what he said: You ARE going to live in that house! Let me show you what we can do. Chad, Brittany, and the rest of the Midtown team worked tirelessly, updating me via text, email, and phone call every step of the way. I felt informed throughout the entire process, and with each call from Chad, I regained a bit more faith. Our home went from feeling like an impossibility to an inevitability.These amazing folks turned everything around—in exactly five days, and I am happy to testify to this fact. They accomplished in five days what the big bank could not do in a month and a half. It felt unreal. Our prayers were answered in the form of Midtown. Our closing date is *tomorrow, and I havent even met Chad in person yet. I put all my faith in a complete stranger at the time, and he over-delivered. Thats how good and trustworthy Chad and his team are. I wish I had known about Midtown from the start. There’s only one place I’ll recommend to my friends and family for their mortgage needs, and that’s with Chad and his team.*UPDATE: Finally met Chad in person at the closing table, and he was just as helpful, friendly, and informative as he had been in the week leading up to the grand finale. He supported us from beginning to end and even beyond.

Chad really went above and beyond on my recent home purchase. As a first time homebuyer it can be very overwhelming and a difficult process to navigate. Chad did a great job explaining things and answering all of our questions. I really like how easy it is to make contact with him as it is clear he prioritizes communication with his clients. As fate would have it, I was supposed to close on my home the day Beryl hit our area. Despite these challenges, Chad was in communication during the storm and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure we could still close in a timely manner and even went as far as showing up to our signing in person! Beryl might have had strong winds, but it was Chad who truly blew the competition away with outstanding customer service. He is a lender for the people. I will most definitely use him and his team in the future and strongly recommend to my colleagues who are considering buying a home.
