Where do we start. Mid America Mortgage is the only place to go with any mortgage need. Ive known Jim from a very young age. Hes honest, dependable, and to the point. Hes the best in the business at answering any needs, and he has every answer; or he will find it right away. This is my 6 or 7th mortgage loan with Jim M of Mid America Mortgage, and its always been five star VIP treatmen . Being a Firefighter, sometimes my days dont quite aline right to have everything to Jims office on time or on short notice. Thats never been a problem for him and hes always made it happen. I am fire fighter in DFW and many people told me to talk to the guys and gals and MID AMERICA before starting the mortgage process.They say that buying a house is very stressful. I tell you, the most stressful part of this whole process was trying to figure out what appliances to buy. JIM and Megan where awesome and began answering questions about the process before I was even ready to apply for a 1st time home loan( I began and asking them questions a year before closing). They where very knowledgeable, accomodating, very attentive to all my questions (and I had many), and they led me through the whole process, all the way from getting information about a mortgage loan to closing with no hiccups - and before I knew it I was closing just as promised.
