I’m a first time home buyer who needed someone patient enough to guide me through the process and answer all of my many questions. As a Realtor its important part of the purchase process to have an excellent lender. Choosing a poor lender can make the process difficult and potentially cost more money as well as lose the home of your dreams. I have had many clients work with Michelle. She has always moved heaven and earth to ensure we close on time. She also works hard on the pre-qualification to ensure that my clients really are able to purchase their home so that there are fewer bumps in the process. She is great with follow through and her integrity is amazing. If all of my buyers used Michelle, I would be a happy Realtor!
