Wow doesn’t even begin to describe our experience with Michele and Brooke from AmCap. We brought a unique situation to the table that other lenders took months to work on only to still not be able to accomplish what our goal was. From the very beginning, Michele and Brooke were extremely confident that they would be able to work things out the way we wanted and boy did they deliver! It seemed that every step of the way some type of obstacle tried to divert our progress but with grace and ease, their expertise shown through and even during the eleventh hour while encountering an issue that was in no way a fault of their own, our hands were held and we were given such great and candid advice to prepare us for both best case and worst case scenarios. It all ended up working out so much better than we even imagined. We are so grateful for Michele and Brooke. What an amazing team! They more than earned our business going forward!

I cannot even begin to express how amazing Michele truly is!! I know people come and like to give 5 stars because they were kind and sweet and really don’t like to mention the true journey but this is not the case! She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, always available any time any day and was very kind, patient and polite. There are so many things that happen all at the same time and for me it’s very important to ask questions and be 100% plugged in and thorough. Some people get upset and annoyed but Michele was NEVER short with us and always explained things and processes. This was our first time buying a home and I would absolutely without a doubt be using her again if we ever needed to. We are a military family and first contacted her a year ago because we thought we would be moving sooner, she walked us though the process and laid out scenarios that we could use and gave it to us straight! We ended up waiting a year to move down here after retirement and we hit the ground running. She truly is a gem.she does her job and does it well and you don’t get paid to be kind but she does it anyways.she always had documents ready ahead of time and made sure we knew exactly what she needed and helped us get it to her. She is definitely underpaid. I can’t say how much of a help she was to us and even helped with some confusion with our purchase and how the whole process works in general. Thank you Michele for being there for us. You don’t know how much it meant to us!!

I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years, and no lender has ever been as knowledgeable and involved with the process as Michele and her team were. Michelle lead me through the process step by step with the utmost patience, explaining everything to me in terms I could easily understand, and worked hard on my behalf to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Additionally, Michelle is VA expert with over 30 years of experience. Her knowledge allowed me to use the VA loan on my new home before the sale of my old home, which I’d always been told wasn’t an option. Michele was even at closing making sure I understood exactly what I was signing, which was a first for me!!
