    I only use them for a savings account and a loan, so I dont interact with their checking products, which seems to be where a good amount of complaints come from.But our experience with the savings account and the loan were/are positive so far. The auto loan they offered had one of the lowest available APRs we found, which was nice.

    Ive had a great experience banking here. They take security seriously. On multiple occasions, Ive had to confirm my identity by other means other than my driver license in order to prevent fraud. While it is annoying, I am thankful they do that for my protection! Will continue banking here for a long time.
