10/10 service, response time, and detailed support. Mason will answer any questions you have, whether about mortgages or any peripheral things surrounding homebuying. Hell go above and beyond to make sure all your documents are watertight, and make sure you get the best possible rate based on the current market. He also sat down with us several times to walk us through documents - all the financial jargon can be a lot to wade through, and he does a great job explaining everything in simple terms. Mason is the best!

Mason did an incredible job with our loan. We were first time home buyers and working with a realtor we didn’t know super well. Mason’s communication with us and our realtor was perfect! The realtor was really impressed and appreciative of his proactive emails and calls regarding different items. I was really appreciative of his coaching on the market and his non-pushy attitude towards locking my loan or any part of the process. He definitely had my best interest at heart! Will use him again if I ever need another mortgage loan!
