From the first time I spoke with Marsha, I could tell that she was extremely organized and diligent in her process. It took about six months for us to find the right home & Marsha was constantly checking in to make sure there wasnt anything she could do. Because of the preparation that Marsha suggested during the down period, we were able to come to a quick & smooth close. For a first time home buyer, I felt that working with Marsha was a very positive experience. Will be recommending her & the team to others down the road!

If I could give Marsha more than 5 stars I would. She was so helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. She made the entire home buying process easy to understand (first time home owner here!) Can’t express our gratitude towards the team and especially Marsha on the help to get into our first home. Of course it being our first home there was a lot of unknowns and a lot to learn.
