I genuinely dont believe that my wife and I would be in our 1st home if it wasnt for Mark Koehl. From the beginning he exceeded our expectations and continued to go above and beyond for us to be in the house of our dreams. He is by far one of the best people weve ever come across and he doesnt make you feel like hes just trying to push another Loan through. He jumped through so many hoops and he was always a phone call away to answer any random questions. Im incredibly thankful and lucky that Mark was there to guide us through every step. He made this extremely overwhelming and stressful process of buying a house feel easy. Its hard to find as amazing of people as Mark and my wife and I could not be happier with how things were taken care of. If you are looking for a house and need someone to get you a loan, I promise you will not be disappointed with Mark Koehl. He works wonders and doesnt settle for anything short of 120%.

Mark Koehl from Legacy Mutual Mortgage was our loan officer for our home purchase in late 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. Mark was always available to answer questions and provided valuable insight into the loan application process. Mark even made himself available in off-hours weekends for any questions we had. It was our first home buying experience and I am very glad we went with Mark at Legacy Mutual. It was an A+ experience all around.
