Mark was a true professional with the refinance of our home. I was holding out for a really low rate. Mark called and said you need to lock in today. I followed his advice and a few days later interest rates reversed and headed up. Mark had to work hard to get my loan closed even driving to Houston to meet with the Lender. He made sure they honored the rate. I didnt think this would impact my life but it did. With the low rate my wife and I were able to double up on the payments and within a few years we payed off the note. Today that home just feels different when I walk through the door.
