    Mark and his team are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and I felt from the start that they really work hard. I was declined for FHA loan from a previous loan officer and felt really discouraged but I was referred to Mark and his team and from the moment I spoke to Mark, I knew that he was the guy. He was confident that he can have me approved for a loan. I was convinced to push through with the loan even with high interest rates and because he applied me for MCC which gives me a tax credit! Even though they are based from Austin and we were from Dallas, they would give us timely updates and would send us personalized videos. The difference in the experience we had working with a large bank to try to get a mortgage (Chase) versus Legacy Mutual was night and day. Mark took the time to slow down and explain all the confusing terms to us, and was always there when we needed him. When there was theft on our account the day we made an offer an a home, and all our bank accounts were frozen--Mark took my 8pm call to ease my concerns.
