    My experience in the office of Mariner Finance was excellent. The personnel was extremely friendly and courteous. I would have given the experience a 5-star rating had I not had to wait so long.The total time to process the loan, after having filled out an application, was a little over 3 hours, and this is waiting time.Can something be done about the lengthy waiting time?

    Ms.Danalle was very helpful and kind. Shes a very good part of your company. I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years and every time I needed some assistance she always do her best to make it happen. I wish she was the Manager there.

    The loan agent I worked with was very personable. She collected as much as possible before I came in to make the process go swiftly. The only issue was I had to reach out to them several times while waiting to hear feedback on the loan I was trying to acquire.

    They are efficient, and professional the office is always clean, and their appearance is professional. I think that the advertising by mail is helpful, but is not safe because of how someone steal. I borrow from the mail because it is Hassel free. Thank you
