    From the time I contacted Mariner in New Braunfels by phone, the customer service was excellent. I planned to come into the branch but missed my initial appointment, the staff worked with me to reschedule for the later part of the day and had as much prepared as possible. When I came in I worked with MS Dallas (I hope i have her name correct), she was proficient, friendly, and made the process as seemless as possible. I will be recommending Mariner finance to others.

    I started the loan process online and it was a complete mess. There was no response from the number they supplied and the email response seemed automated. When the New Braunfels store got my application though everything went very smooth. The staff was responsive and the service was prompt and friendly.

    I just got off the phone with Sara whom was helping me complete my application on-line. I have a small business I needed the loan for, I am selling my home and now have an apartment too for my major expenses so I would say I had a fairly unique situation and difficulty getting qualified. Sara was able to clearly explain my options as the story unfolded during the interview. We came up with the best possible solution along with some additional options if necessary. WOW!!! What a great experience, she solved my looming financial problems, I cannot thank her enough for taking her time to help me out.
