Working with Ms Rocio was a great success. She was always a joy and had such a grand way to handle the public. The manager, Sylvia, was also a very kind and serving lady.There are times people are in need and may not be in the best frame of mind. That is how I felt. This company calls when your payment is due and a the first young lady was not very friendly.Now the second young lady, ROCIO, assigned to my case had the best phone manners, a wonderful personality, great ways to talk to people, and all in all the best work ethics ever. She had great phone etiquette, at ALL times. Always listened carefully to every word and tried it o work with you at each monthly payment due. I truly hope this company sees what they have in this young lady.Bless you ROCIO.
