I was called to ask if I could come in earlier than my scheduled time of 4:00 pm. I said yes and arrived at 1:25 pm. I fell asleep because I actually was seen around 4:00, my scheduled appointment. They stated they had issues with their system going down and I totally understood this but please come and let the customer know, so they arent just sitting there. I had to approach 2 or 3 times to ask what was taking so long. Dont get me wrong because they are a great group there and very professional and compassionate. They just let this one slip by them. I have never had an issue with them and once their system came back up, I was out of there really quick. They are the friendliest group you would ever want to meet and gets your paperwork finalized quickly when there are no issues. I have nothing but love for them. I was super tired that day and it was draining me to wait that long. I hadnt eaten or slept much that day, so I was kinda wanting to get through the process a little faster. They are still the best in town! I can attest to that. No hassles about you borrowing. Number one in my book. Thanks ladies!

When our Central A/ C broke down Mariner Finance gave us an opportunity to obtain a loan and got approved for the A/C unit. Several months later we went to our local Branch and asked for a new loan for a trip we were planning and they helped us again. They understood our need and helped us renewed our loan. Just recently we needed a new small loan for the above mentioned trip and the Branch manager Derrick and Mrs De La Cruz took time to listen to my request and helped us obtain another small loan. One thing I can say about Mariner Finance is everyone in that office are very professional, and know their jobs well. they listen to your needs and find the best possible way to help you get approved for your financial needs, when you visit The Tomball office off SH 249 as you walk in you are Greeted by everyone inside , they make you feel welcomed, I recommend everyone to check with Mariner Finance for your loan needs.
