Came into office-i live in a different town but I went to the Baytown branch and Rosa and Terry are great with great customer service. Fast and efficient and give ladies. Other branches were rude. Keep up the good work ladies

Back in June of 2024 I found myself between a rock and a hard place. I was in need of extra funds and I needed it fast. I believe the young ladies who helped process my paperwork were Jessica perhaps, not certain and possibly Monica at the time. Again, not 100% certain. HOWEVER I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. She took my info over the phone, as much as she could gather. I brought in all of my documents and verification. She spoke with my manager and called my job at cooperate to verify my employment etc. That was all. I received what I needed, when I needed it. I recently went back to pay off my loan this past week. Rosa and Terry the branch manager was present. I did what I came for, and had a great conversation with both afterwards. We spoke about a little of this and that. They informed me of all the other loan types and benefits of servicing with the company. When Im ready to get into my forever home, and venture off into my own business Ill definitely go back to Mariner Finance. They are prompt, professional, understanding, and I felt my financial need was important to them. Their representatives are a breath of fresh air. Sidenote**** If ANYONE in the corporate office happens to read this review, your workers at the Baytown location on Garth Rd. Has exceeded my expectations. I dont normally leave long reviews and just rate, but they earn their pay at this particular location. Well done team.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Rebecca and Terry were very nice and were able to get us exactly what we needed. We didnt feel rushed or anything. They even stayed after hours to get us taken care of and I dont know a lot of people or businesses willing to do that. They could have easily told us to come back the next morning but they didnt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of Mariners services.

Rosa was quick fast and got me approved when other places wouldn’t. I love that she really went above and beyond and kept contact with me. The other loan companies said they would but sucked at returning calls or even answering. If you need a loan I’m sure Rosa will go above for you like she did me. I almost didn’t answer because I felt it was gonna be another dead end but I’m glad I did because Rosa came through when no one else would.
