Crystal is very professional under pressure. She was in the office by her self with 4 people waiting to close on loans. The phone was ringing non stop. Crystal kept a smile on her face, made sure all her customers were greeted and also followed up with them as well making them feel comfortable knowing she has not forgotten about them. Very professional employee who deserves recognition. Thank you Crystal. -

Mariners rep, Mrs. Bennett, was exceptional , professional, understanding, and kindhearted in dealing with us. She worked hard to get us what we wanted and we were so pleased with her. Derik is truly awesome. Worked with me for a couple of days trying to get all my photos requested but all I kept sending was photos of me (lol). We finally got all of them uploaded and sent. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you Derik!!!Also want to give a shout out to Debbie. She is very pleasant to talk to and very professional when I call about my account.Glad I chose Mariner for my financial need. -

My loan officer was so friendly and helpful and she explained everything to me in detailed. The office manager was also friendly and helpful. A FEW DAYS AGO I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM MARINER FINANCE. IN THE LETTER WAS A CHECK. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS REAL. SO I DROVE TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LETTER TO SEE IF IT WAS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, AND IT WAS.THEN I CALLED TO ASK QUESTIONS, AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS REALLY NICE AND ASSURED ME THAT THE BUSINESS IS REAL AND THE CHECK WAS LEGITIMATE, AND IF I HAD ANYMORE QUESTIONS I WAS WELCOMED TO STOP BY THE OFFICE. SO I DID, AND AS SOON AS I WALKED IN, I WAS GREETED AND WELCOMED BY ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE WORKING. I WAS HELPED IMMEDIATELY AND I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. MR. DERIK HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS, THAT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. BEFORE I KNEW IT, THEY ALL WISHED ME WELL, AND I WALKED OUT OF THE OFFICE WITH A REAL CHECK IN MY HAND! I WAS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR 8 YEARS, AND I AM A U.S. NAVY VETERAN, AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I KNOW I WILL! -
