I have an existing loan that I had to refinance for a life event and they were very understanding and worked with me with compassion. Everyone was great, but I worked closely with Maira Salazar. Ive done business here for a few years and they have always provided great customer service. I wasnt having the best day on my last visit. I arrived late due to traffic and was a little demanding in regards to finalizing the new loan. I didnt want to take it into the next day. My initial reaction caught them off guard, but I must say, they were very responsive and with great professionalism got the job done. They stayed late, demonstrated teamwork and I appreciate them very much for that.
