Stressed out about an unexpected auto expense, I had the pleasure of working with Theresa. She was amazing! Immediately she felt my stress and then assured me that she would do everything to assist me in getting the money I needed. Theresa was very professional, understanding, caring. She took my application and saw the process all the way through signing and even called me with updates about my loan status. Now thats Quality Customer Service. Mariner Finance you have a gem if you dont know already.
