Maria is truly one of the best people to work with. We’ve known her for a short 3 weeks, but she feels like someone you’ve known your whole life. She is a genuine and beautiful soul, personally and professionally. Our mortgage process was as seamless as it could have been because of her. US Bank should be very proud of her hard work and dedication to commit herself fully to her clients. She was available around the clock to answer any and all of our questions. It has been an absolute joy working with Maria to secure a loan for our first home. She was proactive from the start and made this a seamless process. She has been available every step of the way to answer questions and give direction. The whole process from start to finish took 3 weeks. We were honored to have her present when we closed on our home today. Maria is straight shooter and made the best of her time and ours, and did not mince words. Maria Diaz was my loan officer. From the beginning of the loan process Maria helped me all the way to the closing of the property I purchased in Las Cruces. Maria was super helpful and was always eager to help me in every way of the process. I worked with other banks on different property loans and I can confidentially say that Maria is the best. This will be a lengthy review but I feel it is well deserved. I initially reached out to Maria in the spring of 2023, I was trying to get a pre approval for my 19 and 21 year old daughters so they can find a home for themselves opposed to renting. At the time, my 19 year old had a credit score in the low 600s and my 21 year old had next to nothing. Maria gave us advice as to what we may be able to do and asked that we reach back out when the girls were better established. Well, a year passed and with the suggestions we were given we decided to reach back out to Maria after 13 months or so. My now 20 year old was at a 750 and my 22 year old was in the low 700s. This gave them what they needed to at least get the process started. At the end of this past April we submitted all paperwork that was requested by miss Maria and finally got the ball rolling. Maria was nothing short of amazing, when purchasing a home it is usually somewhat frustrating & chaotic, she made herself available to us day, evening, weekends...pretty much all the time for any questions or concerns that we had. Her interests in helping us was genuine and that made a world of difference to us, not forced like most other individuals in the business. Here we are today, closing on the house for my girls and I cant help but be grateful for the woman who helped my babies achieve a dream that some of us still dream about...being a homeowner. We dont often think of the process the banker has to go through when helping individuals purchase a home but she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I cant express with words how glad we were to have her be a part of this life changing process as Im not sure I would have wanted anyone else to guide us the whole way. You maam are a blessing and we will forever be grateful for the work and dedication you put into this process. US Bank should be ecstatic that you are a part of their team, because people like yourself are what this world needs. The only negative I can say is that now that the process is over I hope we dont lose touch because you are definitely part of our family, we wish you all the best in whatever comes your way and again....thank you for all youve done and being a strong woman role model that my girls look up to.

I think, there is people that care about people, Maria definitely is a person that care not just on making sure the loan experience is as smooth as possible, also understanding who you are the things that you want, she make us feel welcome and only took a couple of times and some phone calls, I wish all Banks have people like Maria. Maria Diaz has been our loan officer at USBank. Words can not describe how dedicated and supportive she was throughout the processing of our mortgage application and beyond. Maria advocated for us several times and returned text messages even on Christmas Eve while she was traveling. That is dedication both to her job and to we, her customers.
