Marcy Rutherford was our agent and went above and beyond the duty by helping us understand all we needed to do and know about this process. She was very fast and friendly even when we didn’t understand the process. Everything happened quickly and we were ready to close in less than 3 weeks. Do you want someone to take you on a smooth journey to the open door of refinancing your home? Go with Marcy Rutherford. She literally makes it fun and easy. Just let her do the driving. There are no stop signs just yield and go. You will arrive. Just buckle up and expect the speed to be well I won’t say she may not want y’all to know she may go over the mph. -
