The process of purchasing a home can be intimidating and uneasy. As a first time home buyer, I definitely had hesitations and a plethora of questions. That is, until I got in contact with Marcy. She and her team did an excellent job of walking me through the process step by step and answering all of my questions, which made me feel a superior level of comfort with one of the biggest investments of my life. Marcy and her team were there for me every step of the way, and she was even present on the day of closing to congratulate me. They did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her for any and all future home purchasing endeavors. If you use her, rest assured you will be treated like family. I knew getting a home was a difficult process. But it was harder than I imagined. Thanks to Marcy, she made the process much smoother and made me feel comfortable with everything we were doing. She is extremely knowledgeable on not just the loan process but also other areas of the home buying process and was able to give me great tips on buying my home and preparing for the repsonabillities of home ownership.Marcy was also very specific in guiding me when I had no clue on getting the information she needed. Absolutely wonderful! Marcy and her team have been amazing through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone for all their home lending needs. This was my first purchase and things not loan related tried to hinder my experience but there was never a problem with my loan funding, terms or a time where things weren’t throughly explained to me. Through it all Marcys team was there for any questions I had even ones not related to the loan specifically.They kept me informed and checked on me. She even called me when she saw rates were lower and got me a better rate, she could have left it as it was and I wouldn’t have know other wise, but she cares and makes sure she gets you the best she can.
