Michael is the absolute best. I bought a home as a single parent in an extremely challenging market, and I credit a huge proportion of that success to the smart, patient, thorough, and reliable counsel I got from Michael and from my real estate agent, Peggy Rainwater. The two of them worked extremely well together and answered my million questions, collaborating with my bank and with the sellers in a seamless way that kept the trust and communication flowing on all sides. Buying a home is such a huge process -- the search alone is exhausting and can seem hopeless sometimes -- and to be doing this by myself for the first time, it was of paramount importance to me that I had someone I trusted and who would explain things to me as clearly as possible and be a thinking partner as I weighed options. I never once felt like I made a decision in the dark or with less information than I needed. I never once felt like I wasnt the top priority, though I know for a fact all these folks were busy and had lives of their own. I dont know how you get this good at a thing with so many variables, but I do know Michael cares and is personally invested in doing his very best for the people who trust him with their business. 100% recommend.
