Maggie was great, she help me find my home, was very patient & work with me into I found what I was looking for. She explained the process of the bank loan, insurance & title transfer. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next home or first time buyers .

I love Maggie! She helped us find our home and wasnt pushy or persistent on things we didnt want. She put in the time and effort for us and it really showed! She was also our listing agent and she kept tabs on our property since we were out of state and even helped us file a police report and represented us when needed! She went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful!

Maggie has all the qualities one would look for and hope to find in a real estate agent. She stays apprised of the housing inventory of Austin and the surrounding cities. She listened to our wants and needs and was able to pinpoint the homes that we would be interested in and ultimately led us to the home we purchased which was NOT a home we found on our own through online platforms. In addition she was very responsive, communicative, proactive and NEVER pushy in the sales process. She knew when to remain silent and let us process and also when to chime in when we had doubts or questions. I highly recommend working with Maggie especially if you are relocating to Texas like we did!

We moved during the first wave of the Covid-19 wave. Even during this time Maggie was responsive to our questions and cognizant of local restrictions and requirements (we were in Houston at the time). When we could visit the Austin are Maggie laid out effective house visits, She also was extremely helpful during the bid and acceptance process. She ensured mortgage documents and inspections were all done quickly and on time. The experience with Maggie was first rate.
