    My husband and I recently bought our first home, and during the beginning of covid shutdowns, nonetheless! Darren and Hadie Lovell were beyond phenomenal and went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed for us. They worked hard and fast for us, and didnt let any obstacles stop them for getting us into our home. We are so grateful for all their time, energy and resources spent on us to make sure we were able to get into our first home, despite all that was going on around us! I cant speak higher of Darren and Hadie! They are kind, intelligent, dedicated, driven, focused, and unstoppable! If you are looking for mortgage lenders, look no further!     What a wonderful experience. Ive financed and refinanced a few times throughout my life. I have to say, my experience with Cardinal Financial, particularly with Justin Estrada and his team, was fantastic. Their use of online tools made it very easy to review any documents. Any questions were answered almost immediately. If rates somehow dropped any further, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

    I was working with a financial institution where I was 11 months in the process and saw no end in site. I needed to get some repairs completed to my house and this company could not get my loan to closing. I contacted Cardinal Financial and reached Candice Warren. Candice talked to me for approximately two hours and assured me she would work with me to get my loan completed as quickly as possible. - approximately three months later I have a new mortgage and cash to make my home repairs. This was a refinance. Candice communicated with me daily in the beginning and as needed after that. She was extremely professional and provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend Candice to all my family and friends. Cardinal offers some outstanding mortgage financing options and has one outstanding employee.

    A great online experience. I refinanced my home to a shorter 15-year loan. I had been planning on this move for a few years but working with Steve and Cardinal Finance was super easy and they walked me through the process step-by-step. Before i knew it, I had a 15-year loan that wasnt costing much more per month than my 30-year loan was. I was financially in a better position just by working with this team.I was apprehensive on this move at first but now, Im so glad I met this team and pulled the trigger.

    Ryan is responsive, informative and what he quoted me at the start of this process was exactly how my refinance happened. It’s easy to provide great customer service when everything runs smoothly but the true measure of excellent customer service is the response you get when things don’t go as planned. I had a slight hiccup with my closing and Ryan resolved it almost immediately. I was very impressed. I’m not sure how I ended up with Ryan, but I’m sure glad that I did!

    I dont often trust finance companies, as I feel Im often not being told the absolute truth. Im happy to say that everything I was promised turned out to be true, they acted quickly enough and were responsive, and kept me informed about what was going on. On the side, I verified information I received from Corey and found time and time again that what I was being told was what other finance companies were saying as well. I got my home refinanced at a lower rate and a fair price. We all want a lower rate, and Im happy to say that what I received was lower than I hoped for.

    ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTIONSI am very appreciative of the Cardinal Lovell Team for handling our Mortgage Cash-Out Refinance in such a timely and professional manner during these trying COVID times. No one in the team disappointed, starting with Jeff Jones who took our application and followed us throughout the process. He was down-to-earth and personable. He was always willing to help, day or night, week day or weekend, to resolve my concerns or questions. Thank you Mr. Jones! I dealt with several support team members who were readily available and significantly lessened the stress by answering any and all questions quickly and thoroughly or researching and not letting me go without a resolution-going the extra mile! The (111) documents were corrected and re-corrected till they were practically flawless to our advantage. They locked in our interest rate and extended the deadline when necessary. I will highly recommend Cardinal to family and friends.

    I had a great experience with Cardinal Financial refinancing our home. We received a very competitive interest with a very reasonable closing. I was skeptical with the online process in the beginning but once I was connected with Ms Shanta Deloache our loan officer we felt at ease with the closing process. There was only a delay in closing day due to the local closing attorney, but Ms Deloache was very helpful in that matter. I highly recommend Ms Deloache as the loan officer because of the knowledge and the customer needs.

    Daniel Grogran was exceptional in helping me to refinance my home. He was transparent, friendly and very informative. He made the process seamless. One special note, I had a few extra questions post closing and he answered each and every one of them in depth. Never was I rushed or made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Oftentimes, after the check is paid in full, customer service ends, not with Daniel. He stayed with me past the end.

    Cardinal got me a great rate and worked me through what became a complicated process when I decided to retire and take out a HELOC in the middle of it. Seems underwriters dont like such things (who knew?), but with Cardinals help I was still able to get the loan at the original rate with no lock extension fees. Easy to work with and great communications.

    I recently successfully completed a refi of my primary residence with the guidance and support of Vic Vysosias and Cardinal Financial. Vic and his team provided me with professional, consistent support throughout the process. Vics experience, and kind, gentle encouragement nudged us forward, eventually across the finish line. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. The online portal was also key. It was well designed, accessible, and effective. It allowed me to clearly see the documents required, and download those documents directly into the portal. I appreciated the way this was designed, which eliminated most of the back and forth, and allowed me to simply knock the list out, often late at night when I have an hour or two to really focus. Seriously, there are times in this process where you feel doubt, frustration, and may want to quit. Its a marathon that requires the kind of guidance and support only a professional can provide. Vic is outstanding, and I highly recommend Vic and his team at Cardinal! 10/10

    I have financed with Amy 3 times now. Our first mortgage rate was real high so we lowered our rate. Then about 1 year later the rates had fallen again, so we refinanced again. Amy was able to eliminate some of the fees since we were returning customers. No up front fees and no appraisal for one thing.Now we cashed out for the 3rd time financing and bought a new Subura Outback.Amy has made our life real enjoyable. She works hard and I have called her at 10pm to ask her a question about my loan on her own time. Sorry about that.lol Just saying she is someone you can trust and treats you like family.

    Shante was the best representative I have worked with during my refinance process. I went through two other mortgage companies before Shante reached out to me. She was informative and extremely efficient. Shante responded immediately to every question and concern regardless of the 3 hour time difference. I believe she kept others on their toes. Shante was readily available during the closing when there was time sensitive concerns. Shante is a great asset to the company she represents.
