Jade Florez has been a wonderful help, with her advice, encouragement, and her classes, which my wife attends. Janeen also does a wonderful job, with quick responses to questions, and loan estimates when we are looking at properties to buy. Once we find a good property, Longhorn is quick and professional in helping closings to happen (usually in about seven business days), and they can refer us to good people for other needs, like builders risk insurance. We had a concern about dollar amounts for a closing, and Jade responded with help and a favorable explanation in just a couple of hours. Thanks for all your help and your great work, Longhorn!

Longhorn investment was amazing from start to finish. This was our first renovation, and they worked with us. We provided all the docs that were needed and closed in 2 weeks after the appraisal came back, working with longhorn, and our loan officer harold helped us get to the closing table quickly. Every draw was in the account within 3 days. Our rehab lasted 3 months. Our end goal with this property was to BRRRR and it took longer to find a lender thatll do a 80% LTV, so we had to have an extension and of course longhorn seamless process was great with that as well, so we eventually found a lender that do 80% LTV and now have closed on the refinance.. I advise if youre new already have in mind the end goal set up and have a lender thatll refinance without seasoning periods I believe our next project will be a breeze on the back end but as far as long horn I rate the 100% out of 100% thanks for the assistance and allowing a newbie to get into real estate.

They have competitive rates to other hard money lenders, but what set them apart for me is the customer service.We ran into a bit of a problem during our renovation, well several problems actually. I spoke with everyone from the guy who helped me secure the loan to the CEO of the company. They were all very understanding and flexible.Each person I spoke with helped me find a solution to our issues instead of just blowing us off. They helped my wife and I learn during this process rather than just taking our money. This is the kind of support we needed as a new investor. I never expected to find it in at the lending company.Bottom line: Im very impressed with Longhorn Investments, and will certainly bring more business to them in the years to come.
