    Aaron is the man! I have bought a number of houses and refinanced a number of times. This has hands down been the smoothest process that I have ever been through. He is very thorough and has great communication! He is helpful and has always made himself available, even to my dumb questions.     To be honest, we werent sure about LoanDepot at first and were not able to find many positive reviews from past customers. However, our Lending Officer, Rob, proved us wrong and it was smooth sailing with him and our Account Manager, Matt, since day one. We recently closed on our refinancing and were very impressed by the great experience!While the big banks asked for every single deposit detail and proofs and letters of explanation for the smallest things and updated statements through multiple document requests, we were able to upload all of our documents online through the LoanDepot portal and only a couple of additional items were requested. Our last refinance with the big bank took over 3 months, and I spent months after closing on the phone with them to correct errors that theyve made. It was impossible to find anyone to help, finally I gave up and filed a complaint on BBB and executive customer service got involved. The whole nightmare really turned us off from financing with big banks.With LoanDepot, our account manager was always easy to reach via phone and email and also very quick to respond to our concerns. Even when we wanted to change our loan amount to decrease cash at closing, it was simple and quick and did not need to go through a big lengthy approval process. He was professional and friendly and took his time whenever I spoke to him on the phone; he was also great at communicating with us the status of the loan, keeping us updated with the progress. Matt is definitely one of the best account managers we ever worked with and I highly recommend LoanDepot to others for their financing needs.

    Im in Fl but Plano TX has my account They called during after our 2 hurricanes offering relief of skipping 3 months payments to be added to the rears - we had some damage to repair so we took the so called relief but called back to resume….,,, I had a long badReview after it was all said and done it took a while, but they did make good and do what they said they were going to do from the beginning… so I changed my one star to a five star
