    We read a couple bad reviews on line and was skeptical to go with this company but after speaking to Heather Phillips we were confident we would be in good hands. Her confidence and knowledge plus her kindness was a blessing to work with and if we could buy more homes we would each time with her and Lori her processing manager!! Their knowledge of service and product really is what put them apart. We closed exactly as promised and they went above and beyond to answer and address all my questions and concerns. What placed them apart was their knowledge of bringing everything they think the underwriting team would need and to get this loan closed on time and that’s what helped us in our process of closing quick. Sure enough the underwriting team needed a couple signatures and we were approved and their loan fees were all within reasonable limits. Can’t praise this team enough!!! Thank you Loan Depot!!!! We absolutely love our new Beazer home!!!!!!

I originally went with a different large bank and 10 days prior to my closing and many attempts to reach them, I was told that my loan was not in underwriting yet (all docs had been submitted) and they had no regard to my closing date. I was in panic mode and google fast loan approval and Loan Depot popped up. I worked with Cynthia Palin and Susan Thorton. Cynthia was so incredible- she assured me, empathized and took customer service to another level. The constant communication with Cynthia and Susan was outstanding! I could not be happier with Loan Depot and will be telling everyone about them!
