    The people who work here are very professional and friendly. My only complaint here is the draw process; its overly burdensome and slow. The draw process has many layer and steps from invoices, gps pictures, to lien waivers and still takes quite a bit of time even if all these items are provided. If Loan Ranger could make their draw process more efficient for the borrower I would probably do another loan with them.

    *Update - the owner called me back today. Zac was incredibly pleasant and apologized for what happened. I cant fault that. It showed that at the top level someone cared enough to find out what happened. He explained that they would continue to train their staff and would ensure this would never happen again.(Last week) Left a message was told I would get a call. Got nothing. When I called back after not hearing back yesterday or today the receptionist said that they couldnt help me after all. Please train your staff to qualify your customers and not waste their time! I understand she is new.
