I have worked with Lisa on a number of transactions as a realtor and have always had amazing experience! Finally I had the opportunity to work with Lisa and her team on my personal refinance and the service was exceptional! We started trying to refinance with Wells Fargo thinking they were the only lender who would refinance a manufactured home. After 4 months of miscommunication, documents having to be emailed multiple times, requests for information that was not needed and ridiculous requests that would cost us additional money, I couldnt take it anymore. I called Lisa and was so excited to find out she and her team could take care of our cash out refinance. We turned in our application on Jan 31 and we close March 7th! Lisa, Megan and Briana were incredible! Requesting only the documents that were needed saving me time and frustration, going the extra mile when we had some survey trouble saving me time, money and frustration and closing incredibly fast especially with a title change in the final stretch!
