As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and my anxiety was in high gear given the serious life changing nature of this transaction. Lily was kind, courteous and professional. She took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I feel like she cared and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and that I utilized first time home buyer programs to assist me with process. Michael Martinez was recommended to me by our trusted financial advisor, so I was pretty confident hed do a stellar job but I must say, not only did he make our loan possible (given our unique financial position that caused us to be turned down by other lenders), but we discovered he is one of those rare creatures - a Yes Man! Where do I start? My wife and I have been down a very long and hard road leading up to this point. We are finally homeowners after trying for 1 1/2 years. Our last experience was exhausting and stressful. It’s possible that some of that was due to our credit issues but regardless, Michael made it possible! Not only possible but he helped process our VA home loan like it was a walk in a park. We are eternally grateful for Michael and our realtor. Google should add 5 more stars for him!
