    I can not recommend Stephen Jackson and his team more. I was facing a pretty confusing situation with the first lender I was speaking with on my new home purchase and it was taking an emotional toll on me. I was given Stephen at LHM from my agent, one of the absolute best experiences ever. He spoke to me after hours and helped to completely eliminate my fear and confusion. Not only that but, he walked me through every step of the process. Even after we moved into the next phase of paperwork, underwriting and approvals there were frequent check ins and guidance. Home buying can be pretty daunting and this team hands down made it a great experience, I felt like someone was actually working for me to find the best route to owning an amazing home. I will be back for any refinance and any other mortgage needs and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a lending team to work with. If you want to really understand the process, have someone in your corner, and alleviate the anxiety of the home purchase process this is the team for you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they have more than earned it.

    Bo, Greg and their team were absolutely fantastic, they were able to help me and my brothers achieve our dream to buy our mom a house.     I worked with Joe and Matt on my refi. Joe gave me the initial estimate as well as the timeline to close and Matt followed up on each step to keep me informed. Everything went exactly like I was promised. We did have an issue with the appraisal company which was NO fault of the mortgage company but they still made it right. I would 100% use them again. They have a great understanding of the options out there and the market they serve. They made this as painless as any mortgage process can be.     Stephen and team were extremely helpful for us as first time home buyers. Every step in the process he was looking out for us from interest rates to negotiations to closing. The title company said it was one of the shortest closings she’s had because of LHM upfront work. I would recommend using him any day!

    If I could give more stars I would! She was the absolute best, this is our 3rd house purchase and by far the smoothest once we found Maria. She was able to explain everything so I understood and was always a phone call, text or email away. Maria was very prompt with replies and I never felt lost or confused in the process.     Cant say enough about how smooth and simple our home buying process was thanks to Greg Burkeholder at LHM. He knows this business better than I could even fathom and he did everything in his power to advocate for us and walk us through ever step of the process.     Matthew was amazing. Matthew went above and beyond to get all the necessary paperwork and crunched all the numbers to get the markets best numbers available at the time of closing. Very little effort was needed on my part and i would definitely recommend him to family and friends. When timing is crucial, these are the go to people, they know what they are doing and how to get it done, in a timely fashion, picking up most of the slack and getting all the necessary documents, etc.

    Cailey was absolutely wonderful! We went into the home buying experience with zero knowledge of what was going on and what we needed to do. Not only did Cailey walk us through everything, she was available at all times in case anything came up. She truly cares about her clients and I will definitely be passing her name on if any of my friends or family need a mortgage lender for a new home!

    Leo Timmons and the LHM team just pulled off a miracle. We had been given a discount by the builder from whom we were buying our home if we could close by the end of the month. We signed the contract and closed in a record 8 days. Granted everyone, including the appraiser were amazing but the LHM team were like bulldogs getting it done. Leo is easy to work with, explains things well, is accessible and goes above and beyond expectations. We did a previous refinance with Leo and would recommend the Timmons team to anyone.

    Super late review, but this is something Ive been meaning to do since I closed on my house this Feb. Even months after I bought my house, Matt has been more than willing to answer my calls and help me with so many things. Working with Matt during the entire process has been wonderful. I can not say enough about what he has done for me. He worked with me through each step. I dont think I couldve gotten a house any other way. As someone with not so great credit, I know that I wasnt easy to deal with and Matt stuck with me and saw it through. I feel very fortunate to have someone as capable as him. I highly recommend his services!

    So glad we had Phillip Kizziar handling our loan and all the details. He was aggressive and prompt, very understanding as to our needs. He went to bat for us when they were any problems and made everything go so smoothly. As an older couple, this would have been a very difficult situation had it not been for Phillip and his hard and diligent work. He was very knowledgeable about each step of the loan process and did many things to make it easier for us.

    Used CNN Mortgage to buy a home in North Fort Worth. Nash Paradise helped us and was incredible. The best home buying experience we have ever had. I had received a job offer and had to buy fast. Nash got it done earlier than expected. Fantastic service. Definitely would recommend.

    These folks are really good. You might think all mortgage brokers/lenders are the same. Theyre not. We had some interesting hiccups along the way that a prior lender couldnt figure out. They just gave up. But the CNN Mortgage team found a way to overcome all of the issues that arose along the way. Additionally, their ability to model out credit scores helps a lot. For example, they let me know how much I should pay off on certain debts to bump my score up into the next category, which resulted in lower rates and better terms. I highly recommend.

    Ive had the honor of using The Baradise Team, specifically Matt Siddons on a large number of the transactions for my clients. Matthew is patient, consistent and completely on top of the full process. The 1 thing that my clients love above other things is that Matthew will answer at any time and he will explain in detail anything they may have a question with. The thing that I love is Matt is honest and will tell you if a deal is not possible. Matt will then go the extra mile and let the client know what they will need to do to change their situation and help them through the process (something he does not have to do). I for 1, as a Realtor appreciate that I found The Baradise Team and Im thankful that God put Matt with Nash and that Nash paired Matt with my clients.
