Shopping for morgate and charges by law or points and refinance are complicated. Leo took time to explain and pointed out pro and con to us. He helped us to lock in good rate.He and his team were easily accessible to them after hours and weekends. Other team members: Dina and Michelle were very helpful to walk us through paperwork or obtaining info for us. The team works seamlessly with realtor (Matt) and title company (Jacki).I would recommend Leo and his team to my family and friends.

I went to Leo to refinance my home once before, and he did such a great job that when I needed to refinance due to a divorce I went straight back to him!I have a bizarre property setup to underwrite a mortgage on - with acreage, manufactured home, and its a multi-home property ALL IN ONE. Its incredibly difficult to finance a property with any 1 of the 3, and Leo got it done BOTH TIMES with all 3 obstacles.It was an incredibly stressful time personally, and Leos team took the heavy lifting and stayed with me until it got done. I cannot say enough great things about Leo Timmons.
