Unlike other lenders Ive dealt with, they didnt try to inflate the down payment, closing costs, or interest rate.I secured the best interest rate available, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.     I just closed on my brand new Lennar home in Fort Worth and had the pleasure of having Terry Reese as my loan officer. When I first got in contact with Terry, I was halfway through the process on a mortgage loan with another financial institution. I was looking at spending thousands of dollars on closing costs and thousands of dollars in interest with the other institution. Terry pointed me in the right direction and in less than three weeks, I closed on my new home with Lennar as my mortgage lender. The move to Lennar brought down my closing costs to a negative amount and even better, brought my interest rate to a great better rate, saving me thousands of dollars in the lifetime of the loan. I will definitely go back to Lennar if I decide to move in the future and I will definitely recommend Lennar to anyone in need of a good builder and mortgage lender.

    If youre looking to buy A house with a process easier then buying a car, look no further then Lennar! stayed in touch with us through the whole process, I kept waiting for the catch but there wasnt one, put in the contract and was in our new home in less then a month, oh and at 4.25% interest I dont think other builders are offering that. with new communities all over Dallas they have something for everyone - if youre in the market and dont check their site you dropped the ball.

    This was our Our first big purchase and buy a home is not a joke! Our loN officer Cody Hester and everyone at the Lennar headquarters in Irving were great! Jade Watson was amazing and refreshing. Carter The first person who we met from the Lennar team at the community in Crandall tx where we bought our house was not very honest, lied about a lot of things and made promises that once we talk with other Lennar members we were told he just straight up lied and told us exactly what we wanted to hear in order to make his sale. Did not show us enough floor plans and pretty much told us we could have anything that we would like changed or fix before our move in date and that was a lie.Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and our super excited to be part of the Lennar community.

As a builder, Lennar has the ability to offer several financial incentives to use their mortgage company, one of which being a reduced mortgage rate. I ran the numbers through my credit union and they told me Id be nuts to not take the Lennar route.Started working with Jody in early March, got the pre-approval and underwriting processes underway. The usual stuff - supply bank statements, payslips, explanations for anything quirky on the credit reports etc. All good.About three weeks before closing, we got confirmation all was good and handed the process off to the Lennar title side of things for a smooth closing (8 minutes!).Overall, only good things to say about Lennar Mortgage, the title and sales process.ps - we love the new home.
