I don’t know where to start with Alicia & her team, but fast, efficient and communication are just a few characteristics I can name that deserves 10 plus stars! They were on top of every thing & 12 days later we are clear to close! If you’re buying a home look no further than, Alicia to be your loan officer!! You will not be disappointed!

Update: 6/26/24 Follow up call was received today, Loan officer wanted to ensure I had the correct information moving forward. I have revised to add stars for the follow up post review.Communication is an issue after the sale.The application process was streamlined and flowed smoothly, after that it became a struggle to find out how we make our first payment. Our mortgage was sold multiple times so we keep receiving communications to set up payments at companies who no longer hold our mortgage. There was ZERO communication about these proceedings, so we had set up payments to the wrong company!I have emailed our concerns as well as left messages to gain the correct information with no response. Our first payment is due next week, yet we still do not have information from the right company.
