    Highly recommend LendFriend!!! As daunting as the process can be to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan, the entire team was great that we worked with that got us to the finish line. Each team member helped us in clearly communicating each step to ensure every step was smooth, in addition being available for a quick call to walk through our questions and concerns when needed. LendFriend was also very competitive with rates and dropped our interest rate last minute right before we closed! They got the job done and made it as stress free as possible.

It was refreshing to work with others who took securing your future home just as seriously as you do.We got approved for funding within just two weeks! Michael was even able to get us an approved for a first time Homebuyer Grant, which saved us almost 7k in closing costs! LendFriend seems like the right name for them if you ask me.Our closing was unfortunately delayed two days before closing due to seller’s issues that were out of our control, but they still remained on top of everything during that time. It gave us the reassurance we needed during that time.We couldn’t be more thankful for all of their efforts and hard work it took to seal the deal.

    I met Michael at LendFriend when I had just gone under contract to buy a home and he told me I qualified for a $7,500 grant from FannieMae. I thought it sounded too good to be true but it wasnt! I was able to use it to lower my interest rate AND lower the money I needed to buy the house by about $5,000! My other lender never even told me about this grant. So thankful to have been found LendFriend at the last minute! They got me such a better deal and they were so great to work with too!

    First time homebuyers here… and boy were we in for a shock… however, we were told about LendFriend and after speaking with them it was clear, they were it. We like “real” and personable when dealing with anything strenuous or stressful (which, home buying really is). But, these guys, the whole freaking team, came together and explained things clearly, provided us with lists of what was needed and expected, communicated not just with us and our realtor, but with EACH OTHER too (what a concept). That was probably the most impressive thing. The right hand knew what the left hand was doing or needing and they truly helped us through it all. As things got busy and stressful just before closing, they were right there, guiding us through and making us laugh, reminding us of the end goal and honestly, we couldn’t be happier! They even helped us spend as little as possible in the process (it can be surprisingly expensive on the front end) and their research and experience was priceless!     The home buying process for working class folks such as myself can be stressful. I recently went through the process, and it was nerve racking.I first used Hamilton Group Funding for my pre-qualification and found the perfect home. The builder convinced me to use their people and offered great incentives to do so.Well, you get what you pay for. The builder’s lender were nice people, they just didn’t seem very educated on thinking outside of the box. A day before closing I was called and told that I would need an extra $15k if I wanted to close on this house. I’m a working man and didn’t have that type of extra cash laying around.My realtor (Tami Baker with Blue Line Realty) told me to call Hamilton Group Funding back. I spoke with Greg and Mike and gave them the details. I was completely frustrated with the builders lender, but after looking at my financial situation the team at Hamilton Group put me at ease. They moved my closing date and were able to fund my home shortly thereafter.This wasn’t the sale of a million dollar home, but this team gave me that type of service.
