Sonya,Not sure how to start this review, so I’ll just start by saying, Sonya changed my wife and my wife’s lives forever. For those of you who may have have a difficult time getting traditional financing from a bank, call her! Stop reading this review and call her today. Why are you still reading….ok here is the deal.My wife and I started the buying process in August with several financial obstacles in our way. 1099 jobs, length of time on second job for my wife, recorded losses on our side business among a number of them. Sonya was able to overcome all of these and then some when the initial deal was “dead.” When the traditional bank told us no, Sonya knows her craft and was able to find a product that worked. She always managed our expectations while reassuring us that things were progressing. Because she is so knowledgeable, she was able to answer our many, many questions. promptly and easily. There are not enough words to state how much our family appreciates all of the hard work she and her team put into our file, but if you give them an opportunity, you will see that their value is immeasurable.
