Best escrow experience by far! Legacy Mutual Mortgage team are experts in the trade, the process from beginning to the end was smooth and easy. They go above and behind to make sure the process is stress free and they make sure you get the best rates possible. I have dealt with a few lending companies in the past, none of them met my expectations like Legacy Mutual Mortgage. I will definitely be a returning customer. Tanya Johnson ( loan processor) walked me through the entire process with ease and confidence she worked persistently at making sure my loan process closed on time. This was my first time buying a home, and Tanya and Jenni made the whole process extremely transparent and were wonderful resources through the whole process. Legacy does a great job at educating you about your transaction, and made the entire experience run very smooth. I would absolutely recommend them to any first time home buyers or buyers in general, and hope to work with them again in the future!

Jenni is a awesome person. She was great with my son, his wife and me with any and all our questions and concerns. I am a veteran whom she informed me of all benefits which she provided the form to use it. Plus information such as Lady bird deed that was very beneficial. We have referred her during my mortgage process to friends and family and we will continue afterwards. She is very prompt with replies when you call her and by text when she cant talk right away. If I could give her more than 5 stars it would be 10.

This agency is just overall amazing and I will refer them to anyone looking to buy a home. It was our first time purchasing a home and Jenni was amazing and helpful throughout the process. Tanya as well helped us out so much! They both made this stressful time very easy. Jenni answered EVERY AND ALL questions that we asked and provided so much helpful information especially since we were first time home buyers!
