    First of all, I can’t stop praising God enough. He has truly worked all types of miracles within my family circle the past few weeks.As many as you know, me and my husband recently purchased our forever home ❤️ Neither him, nor I, had planned on being homeowners until possibly this time NEXT YEAR. God came in and showed out per usual.Long story short, we originally was looking at house that was 50 years old and recently remodeled and unfortunately was originally denied at a very high interest rate.They told us we wasn’t ready and pretty much there was no chance of getting approved for a house— that was beginning of August. It was very disappointing, but we prayed about it and allowed God to work. Our friend Ronnie, gave us some contact information for his people and we went from there.❗️GOD SAID DELAYED, NOT DENIED❗️Within a week, we were approved by TWO different lenders with a much lower interest rates then what we were laughed out the bank for. Nothing at all had changed financially or credit wise.———then God stepped in again to let us know he wasn’t done and showed us a brand new build, less than 9 months old. No one else had ever lived there and it check marked EVERY 👏🏽SINGLE 👏🏽BOX 👏🏽that me and my husband had wanted in a home.We decided to pursue with the new build and closed on our house first week of October. 🙌🏽I am truly in awe by Gods work. He is so amazing. Thank you all for the prayers.     Scott Roycroft has saved me and my family on our purchase deal. I got denied from my own bank, and my realtor referred me to Scott. I called and talked to him at 9pm. Yes, it is 9pm at night and he spent 30 minutes to analyze my situation to determine what went wrong with my bank.
