I cant say enough about this Team! After my mom was unable to get approved with another lender, leaving my mom unable to close at the very last minute. Leahy Lending did not hesitate to take over and with their expertise they were able to get her loan approved and closed within 3 weeks. Ryan and his team provided red-carpet service to my wife and I when we applied for a mortgage refinance of our out-of-state vacation home. Previously I had started this process with Bank of America who had nothing but roadblocks and time delays. The difference between Ryans team and the large banks was individual attention and cooperation rather than obstacles. I fired BOA and when I went with Ryans team, the process took half the time that BOA had already wasted. Fantastic staff (Luanne and Jay) and great rate they were able to lock in for me. These guys work WITH you not against you, like many of the piggish banks.
