Despite their busy schedules, they both are great about lending an ear to answer any questions or concerns. I ended up having to buy a new car in the middle of my pre-approval for my mortgage and they made what could have been a stressful scenario completely worry free! They also facilitated for a notary to come to my house during the pandemic so I could close on my refi on time - and hundreds of miles away from their office! Competitive, responsive, efficient, and understanding of individual situations. If you are on a tight timeline I would highly recommend. I would avoid just hitting up lendingtree.com type brokers/banks. Some of these save a few bucks by outsourcing things like underwriting and it can cause severe delays. Cherry Creek handles the critical things in house so you can keep your timeline and their fees are reasonable. Website is secure and easy to use.
