My family and I would still be Hurricane Harvey evacuees if it were not for the hard work and perseverance of Lauri and the entire team at PrimeLending. From beginning to end, each and every one of them helped guide us through the process with professionalism and care to ensure the purchase and renovation of our dream home.We had a unique loan situation due to my husbands job. Other lenders told us there was no way we would get financed under the circumstances and did not even bother to try. Lauri, on the other hand, listened to our situation, researched it with us and came up with innovative ways to prove we were credit worthy. She fought for us all the way up the line to get us our approval. She helped us decide on a renovation loan so we could make necessary improvements to the property. The renovation was a 6 month job. We worked closely with the renovation department during this 6 month period, with many different team members. Every single one of them were amazing and easy to work with! They were responsive and even helpful in assisting us with contractor issues. During this time, Lauri remained available to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way...6 months after we closed with her! She is THE BEST!!I can highly recommend Lauri and the team at PrimeLending with confidence, knowing that they will take great care of anybody I send their way.
