Lane Lauritsen and his team are everything each person expressed in their reviews. Lane was the most considerate and compassionate person. It was truly an experience I did not expect. He took time to explain the process to me in the simplest terms possible without making me feel incompetent or less than (that means a lot as a 1st time buyer). He was available to answer questions and calm my homebuying anxieties. Just a real matter of fact kind of person who increased the quality of my experience through and through, He and his team were always very professional. I would recommend Lane to anyone who wants a quality experience with a genuine touch of awesomeness.
