My husband and I were trying our best to find a home to fit our budget. After what felt like the longest process of our life and after going through lender after lender we finally came in contact with Kristin. Our previous lender gave us such a short notice with a unaffordable rate. We had 2 weeks till close and were left scrambled to find another lender. Amazingly Kristin managed to make it happen for us and with the best rate of them all! She was on top getting all the paperwork done and was easy to talk to and get in contact with. Kristin was amazing! We switched brokers from Rocket Mortgage after RM sent over varying rates on disclosure and we didnt feel comfortable them or the speed in which they were progressing. With about 20 days or less to go, Kristin was able to close the loan with a competitive rate, phenomenal communication, simplified approach and SPEED! They were great. Thanks Kristin!
