If you are looking at purchasing a new home then I highly recommend visiting with Kris Anderson! I recently completed a new build which was one of the most stressful processes I have ever had to go through. But the part I never had to stress about was the loan process. From day one Kris clearly and honestly walked me through the entire process. What impressed me the most was his availability and prompt communication, a trait that seems rare these days. If I ever had a question and was unable to get in touch with Kris, I never had to worry about calling back several times, he would always reply promptly, probably the longest I ever had to wait would be about an hour max, and if he knew in advance that he was going to be unavailable or out of the office, he would inform me and let me know when he would be available and who to contact if I needed immediate assistance.Again, If you are looking into purchasing a new home or just have questions, sit down with Kris, I promise you will be as impressed as I am.
