I’m a retired veteran who has never used the VA home loan benefits and had planned to use it for our post-retirement “dream home”. I went to four mortgage brokers and loan officers to get estimates on interest rates, closing costs, and compare services. When I found Kim, everything changed.I could tell Kim was passionate about her work and very engaged. She was always there to talk with and answer my long list of questions. During our search, the housing market changed RAPIDLY, so I needed help understanding how that affected us and what the latest options were. Kim was always available well after everyone else went silent.Kim not only found us an extremely great primary loan rate (better than the VA), our second loan was also well below the market average. Just incredible.I consider Kim a friend now. We have spoken several times since we closed on the house. She still answers my questions and I continue to give her grief. :-). Thank you Kim!!

I can’t say enough about how on top of things and helpful Kim was. I rarely leave reviews because I normally don’t care about those things but thought that other people could greatly benefit from using her. I never felt pressured and if there was a way to get something done to save us money or make things more simple for us then she made it happen without any hesitation. Seems rare nowadays but she was a very kind and honest person. Trust me and the rest of the reviews when we say how incredibly helpful she was and if you are a new buyer she will answer your 1,000,000 questions without any sense of you being a problem for asking. You also won’t have to play phone tag and wait days for a response either.

If you are looking for a home mortgage, Kim Jones is who you need. She is AMAZING! As a veteran I knew of my VA benefits, however she informed me of the benefits Texas has for Veterans through The Texas Veterans Land Board. Throughout my loan process I came to think of her as a sister or a caring aunt. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I was aware of the up coming steps. Her communication style made the process seem easier than I assume it was.
