We meet Kim approximately 3 years ago through a phone call. She has been a godsend to us by providing sound knowledge and guidance while working with us to secure our loan.She was available anytime we needed to talk or had questions, she made her self available. I truly appreciate what she has done for us and I will say without a doubt she has a friend for life.I highly recommend anyone and everyone looking to get a home loan to definitely seek Ms. Kim Crook. I had a wonder experience with Gateway Mortgage. Kim Crook works so hard and kept me constantly updated on the process. She was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the VA loan process, which I am truly grateful for. This is my second house with them and I will use them again in the future.
