I am a first time homebuyer, and its definitely a stressful and sometimes scary experience.As soon as Kevin got involved I really didnt have to worry anymore. Mr. Schramm was and is a great person to have on your team. He not only makes you forget the pressures of buying a home he relieves the tension that comes with purchasing a home. I’m a 100% disabled veteran that sometimes experience less than acceptable experiences but not with Kevin. He makes you feel like you’re dealing with a family member/friend.
