    Ken was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions, and I had a lot of them :). This was me and my Husbands first time purchasing a home and I felt very secure every step of the way! Ken was also able to get us grants and save us money, which in this economy is very important! I feel like through this process I learned so much because he was patient and willing to help us understand through each phase, with scenarios, photos, and he even made a video to further explain certain aspects that were confusing. Ken is not only extremely knowledgeable about the homebuying process, but he was excellent at explaining things to my husband and I in a way we could understand them, as we were both first time buyers. We can only imagine how busy he must have been, but that did not keep him from being available to patiently and professionally answer any questions we had along the way. The appraisal of the home was done 4/14, and we closed on 5/1/23! He does not play when he says he closes fast!!!
