    Katie is an exceptional human being. When everyone had lost all hope and decided that there was no way this deal was happening, Katie remained steadfast in her dedication and determination. I have never met such a fighter in my life. I thought I knew fighters and people that were willing to try anything and everything to get to a resolution but Katie just outdid them all. She will NEVER give up on you no matter what your circumstances are and what you might be faced with behind the scenes. Katie knows the ins and outs of what she’s doing and you can fully trust her with everything. Her communication is impeccable, her kindness and professionalism are unmatched and her heart is clearly made of gold. If you work with Katie, please know that you will never be made to feel like you are alone in this process. It’s frustrating, it’s difficult and it’s sometimes tiring but Katie never backs down from the challenge and never turns someone down just because it’s not an “easy” deal. I think Katie has more faith in her pinky finger than most people have in their whole body, which says a lot about her character. Ask questions, be curious, be patient and remain steadfast because Katie will do all of that and more right alongside you. Bay Equity is incredible and I can’t sing its praises loudly enough.     Katie is literally the best agent I have ever worked with. 6 months before this transaction, she worked so hard to get us OUT of a transactions where there were inaccurate (discrepant) disclosures -- all at her own cost as she was working herself out of the commission/fee. Never once did she act in anyone else interest than ours. When we got back on the horse to buy a house 6 months later to buy a house, she has already won her business, and she stayed in contact often to help us lock in the best rate in a valley of the rates, and ran through all the possibilities with me (30 year, 20 year, 15 year). I would rate her 10 stars on everything if it were possible!

    Let me start by saying that I had no exposure to lending or home buying before I met Katie. From the very first call, she was incredibly friendly and was more than willing to dedicate time out of her day to walk through all the different aspects of lending and of structuring lending packages in different ways to meet my monthly mortgage goal. We walked through numerous examples throughout the process and she was always available to talk if I ever had any doubts that came up. Even more, when it came time to decide to lock my rate, Katie went above and beyond (again) by checking the market daily and giving me updates and advice about whether I should wait a bit more to continue seeing rates drop. Ultimately I saved thousands thanks to Katie and learned a ton, and I’m incredibly thankful. As for the timeline of the lending process, everything was taken care of on time and I had no issues with closing. Will be working with Katie again in the future for any of my lending needs.
