Kathy was absolutely amazing!!! I actually switched lenders multiple times throughout my home purchase journey, and I wish I had Kathy from the get go! I rarely give reviews, so this review holds a lot of weight! If you want your home purchasing experience to run smoothly and quickly, go with Kathy. This is the 3rd house Ive purchased, and Ive never had someone so motivated and knowledgeable to work with. Again, absolutely amazing!

I was on the verge of being a homeless Veteran and Kathy Sloane stepped up to the plate. She went above and beyond making sure I was able to get into the home I was interested in. Kathy and her team jumped through some hoops getting me approved with the VA for a HUD home with half an acre. I cant thank her and her team enough.

Finding Kathy Sloane at Mortgage Solutions was a true blessing. My wife and I had been trying to purchase our first ever home, using my VA Home loan benifits, for over a year. We had been going directly thru new home builders and their lenders, but kept getting either constantly misled or lied too. We were giving up hope of ever owning a home. I contacted Kathy Sloane at Mortgage Solutions one day, and she just renewed my hope in the whole process !!! From day one, she was very straight forward, plain spoken, and provided the type of personalized service I needed. She was always available for questions ( Even after hours ! ) and constantly kept my wife and i updated at every step. My wife and I are finally homeowners and could not be more thankful. I highly recommend Kathy, to handle your home loan, especially if you are a Veteran, or a first time homebuilt. You will not be disappointed !!!

Buying a home is a scary and stressful process, whether it is your first time (in my case) or youve done this before. Kathy made the entire process feel less stressful, she was incredible to work with. She was completely understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Not one question went unanswered. Just wanted to say Kathryn Sloane did a great job as our lender she went above and beyond to get us finance for our first home purchase. Day or night she answered our calls and was there to help us every step of the way. Glad to say we closed on our house mid-august because of her she got us the best rate possible for us and helped us out with so much of the with the closing cost fees. Were very happy that we had her a part of our team couldnt ask for anything better. Thank you so much

All I have to say is WOW! I have always dreamed of having my own home for myself and my family. Even while I was active in the United States Marine Corps serving in different places around the world I always viewEd it as living the American dream (owning a home). I was reluctant due to anxiety to start the process and worried it would not be possibility for my family and I. I could not have ask for a better person to take this journey with us. Kathy is awesome! She broke everything down Barney stile and helped me understand what was being presented to me. She is what you would call a Rockstar in her line of work. She is passionate and dedicated about what she does. Definitely and I mean Definitely with all CAPs will recommend Her to Everyone and anyone looking to go down the wonderful journey of purchasing a home!
